01About us & this agreement

zariknyaa.com is owned and operated by Akilli Enterprise, a business registered in Surat, Gujarat, India, which sells sarees and related products under the brand Zariknyaa. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Akilli Enterprise, and “you” refers to anyone who visits our website or places an order.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. Minors may use the website only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the order.

03Your account

• Please provide accurate and complete information, and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details and one-time codes private, and for all activity on your account.
• Tell us immediately on our official WhatsApp or email if you notice any unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse offers, or are linked to fraud.

04Products, colours & descriptions

• We try to show every product as accurately as possible. However, colours may look slightly different because of lighting during photography and the settings of your screen.
• Many of our sarees are woven, printed or finished by hand. Small irregularities in weave, print or zari work are a natural sign of handwork, not a defect.
• Measurements and fabric details are approximate. Blouse pieces, where included, are unstitched unless stated otherwise.
• Styling accessories shown in photos are not included unless clearly mentioned in the product description.
• All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or stop selling any product at any time.

05Pricing & GST

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued by Akilli Enterprise for every order.
• Prices and offers can change without notice. The price that applies is the price shown at checkout when you place the order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with incorrect details because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order, even after confirmation, and give you a full refund.

06Offers, coupons & combos

• Offers are valid only for the period and on the products mentioned, and only as applied at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, one coupon per order.
• In combo offers such as Buy 2 Get 1 or Buy 3 Get 2, the lowest-priced items are the free items.
• When part of an offer order is returned, the offer is recalculated for the items you keep, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
• Prepaid discounts apply only to orders paid online. If a prepaid order is converted to Cash on Delivery, the prepaid discount is removed.
• Offers, coupons and free gifts have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined unless we say so.
• We may change, extend or withdraw any offer at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse offers (for example, through multiple accounts or fake details).

07Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products. The order confirmation we send means we have received your order. The contract is formed when we dispatch the products.

We may refuse or cancel any order, before or after confirmation, for example if:

• the product is out of stock or unavailable
• the delivery address cannot be serviced, or the details provided are incomplete or incorrect
• a Cash on Delivery order cannot be confirmed with you
• there was a pricing or listing error
• the order appears fraudulent, unusual in quantity, or breaks these terms

If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

08Payments

• Prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details or UPI PIN.
• Cash on Delivery is available on most serviceable PIN codes. We may limit or disable it for certain orders, locations or customers, for example after refused deliveries.
• Pay only through our website checkout, or to the courier at delivery for COD orders. Never pay into a personal bank account or UPI ID shared by anyone claiming to be Zariknyaa.

09Shipping & delivery

We currently ship only within India. Shipping is free on every order. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates, and the full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

10Returns, exchanges & refunds

Returns and exchanges can be requested within 4 days of delivery, and damaged, wrong or missing items must be reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video. All rules, fees and store credit terms are in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11Order cancellation

• You can cancel free of charge before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Prepaid orders are refunded in full.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Refusing delivery is treated as a refused delivery (RTO) under our refund policy.
• Customised or made-to-order products can be cancelled only within 12 hours of ordering, before work begins.

12Reviews & content you share

• Reviews, ratings, photos and videos you post on our website, or share with or tag us on social media, should be honest and your own.
• By sharing them, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and use them on our website, social media and marketing, with credit where practical.
• We may remove content that is false, abusive, offensive, unrelated, promotional, or that infringes someone else's rights.

13Intellectual property

The Zariknyaa name and logo belong to Akilli Enterprise and are protected by Indian trademark law. You may not use or imitate them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Product photographs and videos on this website are sourced from our weavers, manufacturers and supply partners and are used to show the products we sell. We do not claim ownership of this material. If you own any photo, video or other material shown here and believe it is used without permission, please contact us on WhatsApp or at zariknyaa@gmail.com with proof of ownership, and we will review it promptly.

14Acceptable use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• place fake, fraudulent or speculative orders, or use someone else's identity or payment details
• misuse offers, coupons, returns or store credit
• misuse the Zariknyaa name or logo, or impersonate Zariknyaa or our team
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools, or try to disrupt, hack or overload the website
• upload anything unlawful, abusive, or containing viruses or harmful code

We may block access, cancel orders or take legal action if these terms are broken.

Our website uses third-party services such as Shopify, Razorpay, Shiprocket and courier partners, and may link to other websites and social media platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

17Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Product information is provided for general guidance and does not form a warranty beyond what is required by law.

18Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, opportunity or occasion, or for losses caused by events outside our control or by communicating through unofficial channels. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights as a consumer.

19Indemnity

You agree to compensate Akilli Enterprise for any loss, claim or expense, including reasonable legal costs, that arises from your breach of these terms, misuse of the website, or violation of any law or the rights of others.

20Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, fire, strikes, courier disruptions, internet or power failures, government orders or civil unrest. We will keep you informed and do our best to fulfil your order as soon as possible.

21Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly on WhatsApp or email. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

22Changes & general terms

• We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
• If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in full effect.
• If we do not enforce a right immediately, it does not mean we have waived it.
• These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website and your orders.
