Any other phone number, WhatsApp account, email address, social media profile or website claiming to be Zariknyaa or its support team does not belong to us.
For your safety, Zariknyaa will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card details or passwords, ask you to install any app, or ask you to pay into a personal bank account or UPI ID.
We kindly request you not to share order or payment details through any other channel. Zariknyaa is not responsible for any loss, fraud or misuse that happens when a customer communicates or makes payments through any contact other than our two official channels. If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, please verify with us on our official WhatsApp number first.
If you come across a fake number, profile or website using our name, please report it to us on WhatsApp or email. You can also report cyber fraud at cybercrime.gov.in or by calling the national helpline 1930.
