  • Support, new orders, returns, exchanges and refunds were paused from 15 to 30 October 2025.
  • Everything resumed after 30 October 2025, in the order requests were received.
  • Return and exchange windows were extended automatically to cover the break.
15 Oct 2025 Courier delays from Surat: October 2025Very high courier volumes delayed deliveries by about 4 days. Resolved
  • Blue Dart and Xpressbees handled very high shipment volumes, and shipments from Surat were rerouted through Ahmedabad.
  • Deliveries took about 4 days longer than usual. All parcels remained safe and in transit.
